At Seaforth Veterinary Hospital payment is at the time of collection of your pet

If you know you will face financial problems paying a large bill please advise us in advance so we can try to organise things for you. These days we have access to VetPay a new payment system that helps clients pay unexpectedly large bills

Are issued for all hospital admissions. If you did not receive an estimate please ask our staff to create one for you. Estimates are not quotes

Large expenses will always be discussed and consent obtained before we proceed. However in life threatening situations clients must understand that we may need to act quickly and it is not always possible to obtain consent for every last procedure

It is a condition of our consent form that we are free to act in the animals best interest in cases of emergency and we will contact the client as soon as is reasonably possible once the animal is stable
